We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare. **Job Title:** Mental Health Clinician **Division/Program:** Fresno Adult Full-Service Partnership (FSP) **Starting Compensation:** 75000 - 85000 USD Per Year **Working Location:** Fresno, CA **Working Hours/Shift:** 4-day/10-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday), based on availability. Hours may vary to meet client needs **Why Join Our Team?**  * **Competitive Compensation**: Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience. * **Generous Time Off**: Enjoy ample vacation and holiday pay. * **Comprehensive Benefits Package**: * * Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage. * Additional voluntary benefits to support your lifestyle. * **Professional Growth Opportunities**: * * On-the-job training with access to paid CEU opportunities. * Career development programs designed to help you grow. * Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable). **Employee Recognition & Rewards**: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication **What you bring to SBHG:** **Education:** *  Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university. **Licensure & Registration (by position level):** * Mental Health Specialist II: Active registration with the California BBS as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC). * Mental Health Specialist III: Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.  **Experience:** * At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting (relevant student internship or practicum hours count toward this requirement). * Experience working in a community-based therapy setting is preferred. **Requirements**: * A valid California Driver’s License and compliance with Agency driving eligibility criteria. **How you will make a difference:**   * Identifies immediate risks and needs of and family and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team.  * Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plans, diagnoses, and updates problem lists as needed.  * Incorporates Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing into services.  * Facilitate treatment team meetings.  * Uses a “whatever it takes” approach to provide services in various settings, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings. Uses a personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants and/or family members in a personal vehicle.  * Provides services, including individual, family, and group therapy and collateral, to youth/TAY and their families, as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team. Services are to be short-term, as longer-term services and resources are identified.  *  _Available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and to provide support for problem resolution. On-call is scheduled on a rotating basis._  * **_Uses a personal vehicle to drive to and from off-site locations to provide services.
