Merchandise Assistant

What you’ll be doing: • Support the buying & design teams throughout the product buying cycle • Create, maintain and update product information and Purchase Orders across multiple systems • Manage range plans, inventory logs and buy plans to ensure product data remains current. • Complete weekly sales reporting, stock analysis and category reporting to support trading decisions • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to help identify opportunities within your categories. • Work cross functionally to ensure products move seamlessly from concept to customer • Build strong relationships with suppliers and assist in resolving product, invoice and Purchase Order queries. What success looks like: • Product and Purchase Order data is accurate and up to date. • Reports are delivered on time and provide valuable insights • Samples, inventory records and documentation are organised and easily accessible. • Cross-functional teams can rely on you to keep information flowing and projects on track. • You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support team efficiency. We’re looking for someone who has: • 1-2 years merchandise experience • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data. • Experience using Style Arcade, Inventory Planner, and/or Shopify (highly regarded). • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, tools, ai and technology. • An interest in fashion, trends and the product development process.
