Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **MES Engineer** located in **Oostrum, North Limburg, Netherlands.** Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the MES Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of MES solutions within complex logistics and light-assembly environments. You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, PSE, IT colleagues and customers to continuously improve processes and system stability.  **What a typical day looks like:** * Translate operational and customer requirements into clear MES process and application  designs  * Build and configure modular MES processes for logistics and light assembly flows  * Implement changes in MES and integration platforms (including FlexFlow, Brix, FCS and LinkX) * Execute technical testing for changes and new releases  * Monitor systems, analyze incidents, and resolve problems structurally  * Perform process optimizations together with Engineering and Operations * Ensure proper functional and technical documentation  * Act as a trusted technical partner for internal stakeholders and customers  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or similar  * Solid understanding of logistics and/or light assembly processes  * Experience in a technical design & delivery environment  * Strong SQL skills or the motivation to grow quickly  * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset  * Proactive, service-oriented, and communicative  **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Stable, dynamically developing multinational corporate background * Unique, forward-looking manufacturing technologies, professional work environment * Exposure to wide range of businesses * Opportunity for continuous professional development provided by various and challenging tasks AS108 Job Category ------------ IT Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
