Mill Assistant

**Job description:** * Create a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications. * Establish a work program based on a preventative maintenance schedule to determine the approximate use of the material. * Check the machines periodically to ensure the repair and maintenance of the machine is done well. * Checking the results of processing in the laboratory to find out the work of the machine that has been repaired and do the adjustment / modification of the machine. * Create monthly employment reports based on daily and weekly work reports. * Make inventory list of machinery and equipment / factory equipment to facilitate ordering of required materials. * Monitor Filling of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into the lorry and ensure the filling is in line with the lorry capacity. * Monitor the operation of the boiler and monitor the use of power for processing needs of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS). * Checks the CPO and kernel losses directly for cross check with the results of the analysis from the laboratory. * Report processing and engine damage. * Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external). * Within the scope of its staffs to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company. * Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks of the Manufacturing Division on an ongoing basis. **Job requirements:** * S1 in engineering * Strong knowledge of machine tools and machining operations * Preferably from palm oil company * Placement in all area Kalimantan **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
