Millwright Maintenance Mechanic

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery * Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency * Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in a production environment * Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols **What We Are Looking For** * Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics * Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety procedures * Strong communication and teamwork capabilities * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
