Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ready mix trucks and mobile equipment. * Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. * Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards. * Maintain accurate records of services and repairs. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. **What Are We Looking For** * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. * Effective communication and organizational skills. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * $35.24 per hour * $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Company paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
