**Find your calling at Mercy!** =============================== The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances. Works cooperatively as part of a team. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. **Position Details:** ===================== **Location:** Mercy Hospital NW Arkansas **Shift:** Part-time (2-12hr. Shifts)/Weekly **Hours:** Days (6:45a - 7:15p) **Qualifications:** =================== * **Education:** High school diploma, G.E.D. and/or current Mercy coworker. Monitor tech course completion and/or passing score of 85% on monitor tech competency exam. * **Other:** Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.
