We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Mortgage Condo Desk Underwriter** to join our team. In this role, you will review and assess condominium project documentation to determine eligibility and compliance with agency and investor guidelines. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of condo project reviews, underwriting standards, and risk assessment within the mortgage industry. ### Key responsibilities include: * Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals while partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions. * Strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. ### Required Qualifications: * 3+ years previous condo project review experience required.
