Mortgage Sales Consultant

**What you'll be doing** * Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals * Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions * Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process * Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion * Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners * Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features * Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients **What we're looking for** * Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role * Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets * Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals * Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
