Mirai Minds is looking for **dynamic educators** to lead our **various skill based programs** across international schools in Tokyo and Yokohama. This is not a traditional teaching role. We are looking for individuals who can **engage, challenge, and inspire students through hands-on learning experiences**. You will be working with students in small groups, guiding them through structured, project-based programs where they build, create, and problem-solve. **What You’ll Do** * Facilitate **sessions** using structured lesson plans * Support students in building projects * Create an engaging, interactive classroom environment * Adapt delivery based on student levels and pace * Manage classroom flow and ensure a positive learning experience * Capture basic documentation (photos/videos) of sessions when required **Benefits** Monetary Benefits: * Competitive Salary based on experience and qualifications.
