This is a unique opportunity to lead technology initiatives from concept through to implementation, working across multiple business functions to deliver practical, scalable solutions. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery, helping shape how technology supports the future of our organisation. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the research, evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies across the organisation. * Manage technology projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets and timelines are achieved. * Oversee and support enterprise technology solutions, ensuring reliability, performance and ongoing optimisation. * Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and implement technology improvements that create business value. * Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technology solutions. * Build strong partnerships with external technology vendors and service providers. * Deliver training, documentation and knowledge sharing to support successful technology adoption. **About You** * Experience leading enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives. * Strong technical knowledge across modern business technologies and software solutions. * Demonstrated project management experience delivering technology projects. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. * Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving ability. * Experience leading change and supporting technology adoption. * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. * A passion for innovation and continuous learning. * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. * Full Australian working rights, and willing to undergo a National police check and other pre-employment checks **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
