Applications from non-represented Members ([link](https://www.wto.org/english/thewto_e/vacan_e/unrepresented_wto_member_states_e.pdf)) are particularly encouraged for all positions. **Typical duties** Reporting to the Project Manager and working with other Network and Telecom engineers as needed, the selected intern will work in the IT Solutions Division, assisting with the following duties: The incumbent is expected to perform a combination of some or all of the following duties: 1) **Engineer and pilot test AI solutions** to provide a secure local solution for WTO specific use cases. 2) **Support for VPN Upgrade Project** • Assist in the deployment of the Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Netskope VPN solution and coordinate the transition from Ivanti. • Contribute to drafting technical user guides for end users in clear, simple language. • Prepare presentations and documentation to support project communication and training. **Required Qualifications** **Education:** Must have completed university level degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. **Technical Skills:** * Ability to write clear technical documentation and user guides for non-technical audiences. * Presentation skills and proficiency in creating structured content. * Experience with documentation tools and presentation software (e.g., MS Office Suite). * Knowledge of latest AI tools to automate tasks, improve documentation efficiency, and support IT workflows is considered an advantage. **Languages:** Proficiency in English. A working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset. **Additional Information:**   Only applications from nationals of WTO Members will be accepted.
