New Graduate Hiring Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities: * Equipment performance continuous improvement - Collaborate with the supplier to improve machine quality/down time/jam rate and enhance the capability of equipment technology for fully automation. * Support production - Root cause problem solving and define SOP/OCAP for technician competency enhancement by 1st time right repairing and effective predict maintenance * Lead/involve in automation solution for structural utilization and quality improvement to achieve no risk of human error * New technology introduction - Proactive survey/benchmarking  new technology from peer sites or industrial Minimum Qualification * Bachelor or master degree, major in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and other related disciplines. * Within 2 years of working experience in relevant field. * Ability to speak and write in English and Mandaring fluently. Preferred Qualification * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience as a leader with expertise in project. * Passionate about self-learning * Knowledge of 6-sigma and problem solving skills * Basic application with invertor software for the hardware design.
