As a New Product Development Lead - Brazil, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. **About the Job** As a **New Product Development Lead - Brazil**, you will play a key role in accelerating Opella’s innovation agenda by bringing global and local pipeline projects to the Brazilian market. Working closely with manufacturing, R&D, regulatory teams, and CDMO partners, you will lead technology transfer, process scale-up, and commercialization activities for oral solid and liquid products. Combining technical expertise with hands-on execution, you will help transform innovation concepts into successful launches that deliver value to consumers and the business. • Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide. • Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence. • Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision. • Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple. • Help shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead new product development and innovation projects for the Brazilian market, ensuring alignment with global and local business priorities. * Drive end-to-end technology transfer activities from global development centers to the Suzano manufacturing site, ensuring successful scale-up and commercialization. * Manage development programs with external partners and CDMOs, ensuring delivery against project timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements. * Collaborate with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Clinical and R&D teams to ensure products meet operational, regulatory, and consumer expectations. * Provide technical leadership during formulation development, pilot batches, validation activities, and commercial industrialization. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring seamless execution of product development and transfer activities. * Translate consumer and market insights into technical opportunities that support innovation, growth, and competitive advantage. **About You:** * Experience in technology transfer, new product development, process development, or industrialization within OTC, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, food supplement, or related industries. * Proven experience supporting the development, scale-up, and successful launch of oral solid and liquid products. * Strong understanding of Quality by Design, process validation, manufacturing processes, and product commercialization. * Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners within complex project environments. * Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or another Healthcare Science discipline. * Master’s degree, pharmacist qualification, or previous consumer healthcare experience is considered an advantage. * Fluent in English.
