Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform routine lubrication, fueling, and preventative maintenance on quarry mobile and stationary equipment. * Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns to support safe and reliable operations. * Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment conditions to maintenance and operations teams. * Assist with basic repairs, fluid changes, filter replacements, and equipment cleaning activities. * Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards to help maintain a safe work environment. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to safely perform lubrication, preventative maintenance, and equipment servicing activities. * Working knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel-powered machinery, and mechanical systems. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate equipment issues. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members. * Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a production environment. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. * Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company and regulatory requirements. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **Physical Demands** * Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods. * Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment components. * Ability to safely access and work around heavy mobile equipment, conveyors, and stationary plant equipment. * Must be capable of using hand tools and performing repetitive manual tasks with appropriate dexterity. * Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in outdoor conditions throughout the year. **What We Offer** * Starting Pay $22 per hour DOE. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits * Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance * Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled. #HMSWJobs
