Night-Shift Supervisor

* **Production Management** **\-** Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift \- Monitor production targets(Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP) \- Quickly respond to downtime、abnormal test results and equipment issues * **People Management \-** Manage attendance, break schedules, overtime, training & skills \- Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors \- Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback * **Quality Assurance & Control** \- Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements \- Monitor test yield、e-NC、QA fail \- Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation  * **Equipment & Maintenance Coordination** \- Oversee operation of test/pack machines \- Coordinate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting \- Minimize equipment downtime * **Safety & Compliance** \- Oversee operation of test/pack machines \- Coordinate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting \- Minimize equipment downtime * **Communication & Escalation** \- Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift \- Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager \- Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams **Job Qualification:** * **Bachelor's degree or above** in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) * **At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience** * **At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience** Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations. * **Proficient in English communication** with foreign employees.
