Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **NPI Assistant Manager** located in **Batam, Indonesia**. **What a typical day looks like:** * Participates in the review of customer contracts and engineering designs by outlining requirements and considerations. * Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. * Partners with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives. * Interacts regularly with executives, customers, and outside regulatory agencies. * Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration. * Makes sure that the products are safe and maintain high quality for the customers. * Reports the progress of implementation of Flex’s products. * Makes sure that the products provided to the customers are of high quality. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Typically requires 6 years of experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area. * Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills * Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of the company and related business. * Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Performance Bonus AL21 AA07 Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
