We are looking for an experienced **NSD Project Manager** to lead a global **Network Service Desk** transformation initiative. In this role, you will drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, operations, and supplier teams, ensuring successful execution of a high-impact international transformation program. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Network Service Desk transformation program. * Maintain project plans, governance, milestones, reporting, and dependency tracking. * Coordinate business, technology, supplier, and leadership stakeholders. * Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and implementation readiness. * Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates. * Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication. **Requirements** * **5+ years of project management experience** in technology transformation or service delivery. * **Advanced English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Proven track record of delivering large-scale global transformation or change projects**. * Experience working with **senior stakeholders** and **distributed teams**. * Strong knowledge of **project governance**, **risk management**, and **delivery management**. * Experience managing **vendors and supplier relationships**. * **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. * **PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification** is a plus. **Skills** * Project planning, governance, and delivery management. * Experience leading complex IT transformation initiatives. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of IT service management environments. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. **Policy statements:** https://www.pwc.com/ua/uk/about/privacy.html
