Nursing Assistant Ft Days

**Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.** **Job Summary** Maintains flow of patients through treatment areas. Ensures exam room preparation for patient treatment. Performs limited specimen collection and laboratory testing under supervision. **Essential Functions** * All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose:  Inspire health.  Serve with compassion.  Be the difference. * Prepares patients for examination and treatment. * Escorts patients/guardians to exam rooms. * Cleans exam rooms between patient visits to ensure preparedness for incoming patients. * Maintains supply inventory in each exam room. Requisitions the purchase of replacement stock as requested. * Obtains patients' temperature, height, weight and vitals, as requested. * Performs selected specimen collection and laboratory analysis, as indicated. * Utilizes autoclave to sterilize medical instruments. * Assembles admission information packets for distribution to patients.  * Performs other duties as assigned. **Supervisory/Management Responsibilities** * This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. **Minimum Requirements** * Education - High School diploma. * Experience - One (1) year experience preferred **In Lieu Of** * NA **Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses** * Certified Nursing Assistant - Preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * NA **Work Shift** Day (United States of America) **Location** Interventional Pain Management **Facility** 2280 Interventional Pain Management **Department** 22801000 Interventional Pain Management-Practice Operations Share your talent with us!
