**Summary** **Job Description:** **Unit Description:**  4G is a 20 bed telemetry unit.  This unit specializes in post-op CABG patients, post-op cardiac surgery, CHF and moderate risk chest pain patients. The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED and PACU.    **Shift:** PRN, Nights  **Job Description:**  Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed care team member:  * Provides direct patient care and related support by performing selected nursing procedures.  * Performs routine duties to assist medical and nursing personnel in the examination, treatment, and care of patients.  **Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:**  * High School Diploma or equivalent.  * Current Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification required or successful completion of first year of a Nursing program and validation of a clinical rotation consistent with level of education.  * Must provide a letter from their school verifying the completion of their first year clinicals.  * Basic Life Support\- Applicants will have 30 days from their hired date to provide completion of this certification if they don’t have it already.  **Benefits:**  * Preventive Plan  * Retirement Plans  * Flimp Decisions - Flimp Decisions will help you pick the best value plan option given your expected medical needs.
