**Summary** **Job Description:** **Seeking Nursing Assistant!** **Baptist Health Floyd, Surgical Inpatient Unit** **PRN (Work as Needed), Days (7am-7pm)** **Job Duties:** We are seeking a Nursing Assistant who under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. **About the Unit:** SIPS is a 32-bed unit specializing in inpatient care for post-surgical patients. The unit includes a variety of surgical patients including total joint replacements, bariatric surgeries, and higher acuity cases such as post-surgical vascular and thoracic patients. The unit also accepts post-operative admissions originating from areas such as the emergency room or a physician’s office.  **Qualifications:**  BLS for Healthcare Provider required High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required. **We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.  We are conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Louisville at 1850 State Street, New Albany, IN 47150.
