**Summary** **Job Description:** **Seeking Candidates for a Nursing Assistant Training Program!!** **Baptist Health Floyd** **About the Training Program:** Baptist Health Floyd is offering a unique opportunity to join our **paid Nursing Assistant Training Program**—a comprehensive, hands-on 4-week program designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to begin a successful career as a nursing assistant. Throughout the program, you'll receive instruction in core nursing assistant duties, including **phlebotomy** and **EKG** procedures. No previous healthcare experience is required—just a passion for helping others and a commitment to learning. Nursing Assistants who under general supervision and according to established procedures function as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks. **Qualifications:**  BLS for Healthcare Provider required, will train.
