Provides daily clinical mentorship to OTA's, and students. **Essential Functions** * Provides direct patient care including evaluation, treatment, equipment assessment and documentation * Maintains own patient schedules and utilizes time efficiently. * Maintains accurate patient records, statistical reports and other documentation related to patient care * Attends departmental educational activities including in-services, and continuing education Required Background: * Bachelors' Degree required in Occupational Therapy required. Masters preferred * NYS OT License and current registration required. * Familiar with therapeutic equipment * Prior work experience in a similar role preferred Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
