**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist OT **Pay Range:** $62-72/hour ** Job Description:** **Up to $72/hour | Mukilteo, WA | Full-Time or Part-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | Middle School & Elementary Caseload** * Middle School & Elementary Caseload * Full Time - Starting August 2026 through at least December 2026 * 1.0 FTE or 0.6 FTE, depending on candidate preference   **About the Role** Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Mukilteo, WA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools. Why Join Us * Competitive pay (Up to $72/hour) + steady school-year schedule * W-2 employment with liability insurance included * Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match * Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses * Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses   **What You’ll Do** * Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation * Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports * Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs * Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development * Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover * Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records * Adapt materials and environments to improve student access   **What We’re Looking For** * Active (or eligible) Washington State OT license * ESA Certification (or ability to obtain) * Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy * Strong communication and collaboration skills * School-based experience preferred, not required   **About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
