Our rehabilitation program emphasizes **quality patient care, teamwork, communication, and collaboration** across nursing, therapy, and other departments. What You'll Do * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their functional needs and goals. * Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve independence with activities of daily living. * Help patients maximize functional abilities and improve their overall quality of life. * Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. * Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress. * Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. * Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards. Qualifications * **Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license** in good standing. * Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. * Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred. * **New graduates are welcome to apply.** * A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care.
