Odm Project Manager - IoT Appliance & Solutions

We are seeking an experienced ODM Project Manager specializing in [AIoT DMS](http://www.advantech.com/en/campaign/aiot-appliances-dms) Embedded System products. This role involves contributing to product specification development, overseeing project progress and project lifecycle management to ensure smooth project execution. **【Key Responsibilities】** * Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers. * Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues. * Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early. * Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams. * Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards. * Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed. * Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life. **【Requirements】** * Bachelor's degree and above with a major in business or engineering. * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management. * Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing). * Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets. * Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations. * A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
