Operational Excellence & Cost OptimizationIdentify process inefficiencies and implement improvement frameworks.Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising safety or production targets.Enhance asset utilization and production efficiency.5. Innovation & Digital EnablementPromote adoption of digital tools such as data analytics, AI, IoT, and automation in upstream operations.Collaborate with technology teams to implement industry-specific solutions (e.g., reservoir modeling, well optimization tools).6. Leadership & Team DevelopmentMentor junior consultants/engineers.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Conduct performance reviews and capability development plans.7. Communication & ReportingPresent strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and business cases. Key Performance Areas (KPAs)Production & Asset EfficiencyImprovement in production output, uptime, and asset utilization.Cost ManagementReduction in operational and capital expenditure through optimization initiatives.Project DeliveryOn-time, within-budget, and quality delivery of upstream projects/programs.Safety & ComplianceAdherence to HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and zero-incident targets.Client / Stakeholder SatisfactionPositive feedback, repeat engagements, and strong relationship metrics.Digital & Innovation AdoptionSuccessful implementation of digital solutions and automation tools.Team Performance & RetentionSkill development, productivity, and low attrition within managed teams.Revenue / Value CreationContribution to business growth, new opportunities, or measurable value realization. Required QualificationsEducationBachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or Business Administration.MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
