Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: "To Connect, Promote and Progress our Markets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all."_ **Job Summary:** The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing: (1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and (2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings. **Job Duties:** **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications * Draft comment letters and Department reports to Listing Committee * Provide support for pre-IPO enquiries and IPO related policy matters as assigned by supervisor **Job Requirements:** * Qualified accountants/lawyers or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 3 years working experience in accounting, law, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field * Experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices * Good interpersonal and presentation skills and knowledge of research, investigative techniques and procedures * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
