Specifically: \- Responsible for practical tasks concerning the management of operational tools within the target department. This includes establishing management systems, providing explanations to the target department, and subsequent operational support. \- Achieving centralised management of software and BI tools used individually by each department. \- Establishing provisional mechanisms (such as Microsoft Forms) until the commencement of new system operations. \- Operating the internal IT management system. \- Conducting audits based on internal IT management regulations. \- Providing on-site implementation support for internal IT systems. **Work Environment** IT Governance Management Department as a whole has just under 20 members. The IT Infrastructure Management Section consists of one manager (male, in his 60s) and one staff member (male, in his 50s). The organization as a whole has many mid-career hires, including not only those with telecommunications industry experience, but also many people with no industry experience. Therefore, the acceptance of mid-career employees is also smooth.
