**Job Title** Operation Manager - Gujarat **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** \- Manage day-to-day operations, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction \- Understand client needs, build strong relationships, and drive account growth \- Oversee IFM services, ensuring quality and compliance \- Manage audits, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations \- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and growth areas \- Manage transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and service delivery \- Monitor P&L, BTR, and other key metrics to drive business growth \- Lead a team to deliver exceptional service and drive results \- Identify opportunities for organic growth, process improvements, and technical upgradation \- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technical advancements in IFM **Requirements:** \- MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Operations/Facilities Management \- 5-8 years of experience in IFM/operations, with a proven track record \- Experience in managing audits, compliance, and client relationships \- Strong understanding of P&L, BTR, and business development \- Technical knowledge of IFM services, systems, and processes \- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills **Preferred:** \- Experience in managing large IFM contracts and client relationships \- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations \- Experience with technical aspects like BMS, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
