Our vision is clear: **to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.**  **A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics** Salary Range $68,250.00 - $85,313.00 . **Responsibilities**  **Continuous Improvement**  * Help identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with operational teams.  * Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.  * Organize and facilitate Kaizen exercises at stations to optimize processes and help foster team engagement.   * Work closely with the control tower to act quickly on-site when issues arise.   * Evaluate opportunities to enhance speed to market and overall operational efficiency.   **Operational Quality & Process Compliance**  * Monitor and reinforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across stations   * Accompany operational leaders on how to lead quality reviews and operational audits (sorting, staging, loadout, etc.)   * Identify gaps in execution and drive corrective actions   * Support the deployment and adherence to Intelcom’s Quality Management System (QMS)   **Implementation Project Support**  * Support major deployments by validating process readiness, identifying operational risks, and confirming that new workflows are practical for station execution.  * Provide process feedback during rollout and escalate improvement opportunities to central teams.   * Track early performance results after implementation and identify corrective actions where expected benefits are not materializing.  * Close the loop with Engineering, Product, Health & Safety, and Loss Prevention on process gaps, risks, and field learnings.  **Success Measures**  * Improvement initiatives delivered on time, with benefits validated by operations after implementation.  * Reduction in recurring execution gaps identified through operational audits, KPI reviews, or station feedback.  * Productivity and cost improvement opportunities identified, actioned, and tracked against agreed targets.  * SOP compliance and standard work adherence improved across assigned stations.  **Qualifications**  * University degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Educational Sciences, Educational Technology or a related field  * 3-10 years of experience in operations; experience in the logistics sector is highly desirable.  * Background in operational excellence or performance improvement roles is an asset.  * Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset (Green Belt level preferred).  * Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.  **Required Skills & Profile**  * Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills.  * Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proven ability to hold stakeholders accountable.  * Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.  * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between stations within the assigned region up to 75%.  This position has been opened to address a genuine organizational need within the company.
