Operational Improvement Specialist

\- Conduct assessment/ diagnostics to determine which areas that need improvements. \- Seek for solutions that match the existing problems to turn around conditions to get better production results. \- Create specific project plan, timeline, scope, project structure, and the roles of team members. \- Give clear directions, instructions, and decisions to team members and stakeholders to enable them carryout their duties effectively. \- Identify daily issues/ risks during the implementation and escalate to Head of Agronomy & Mechanization. \- Oversee project implementation to ensure completion in accordance with objectives, time and costs. \- Develop a replanting & mature division model to showcase future mechanization and automation for effective management with cost efficiency. \- Optimizing trial of initiatives related to mechanization and automatization in the assigned estates/ divisions. \- Ensure that knowledge from the implemented initiatives are codified, reviewed and evaluated. \- Maintain good communication with estate stakeholders (VPA, RC, Manager) to ensure all projects and initiatives in trial division run successfully.
