### **Shape the future of the leather industry with us at Gusti Leder 👜✨** Are you ready for a new chapter in Europe? **Gusti Leder** is looking for motivated and charismatic **Allround-Talent (20-40 hours)** from **Rostock and/or Rosowek** to join our team in Germany and Poland! **📍 Locations** * _Rostock, Germany (In our Office or Stores)_ * _Rosówek, Poland (In our Office / Warehouse)_ #### **Your Role** * **Retail & Store Support (Rostock/Rosówek):** \* Assisting in daily store operations, including customer service and sales. * Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. * Ensuring an appealing product presentation and maintaining store standards. * **Logistics & Warehouse Operations (Rosówek):** * Supporting the warehouse team with incoming and outgoing goods. * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. * Assisting with inventory checks and stock management. * **Corporate & Administration (GmbH):** * Providing hands-on support for general administrative tasks and office operations. * Assisting with cross-departmental tasks during peak times or to cover absences. * **Adaptability & Communication:** * Acting as a reliable backup player who seamlessly transitions between teams. * Maintaining close communication with local team leads regarding your weekly schedule. * **Travel**: When support is needed in different locations (e.g., during seasonal peaks or store transitions), you will travel to different cities to represent Gusti Leder. #### **Your Profile:** * **Sales Talent:** You have experience in retail or a passion for customer service. * **Communication:** You speak **fluent English** (German or Polish, Dutch, Austrian is a plus but not required). * **Spirit:** You identify with our brand—authentic, natural, and high-quality. * **Prior Experience (A Plus, Not a Must):** Basic experience in retail, warehousing, or office administration is a great advantage, but a quick perception and the right attitude matter most. * **High Flexibility & Adaptability:** You genuinely enjoy a changing work environment instead of a monotonous 9-to-5 desk routine.
