As an Operations Analyst at Uline, you’ll tackle a variety of business challenges, work with teams across the company and turn data into solutions that drive the business forward.  Bring your curiosity and problem-solving skills to meaningful projects and gain a broad view of how a growing North American company operates. **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Take on fast-moving projects and business challenges, using data and critical thinking to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions. * Partner with teams across Uline — from Sales and Customer Service to IT and Distribution Operations — to gain whole business knowledge and support strategic initiatives. * Turn complex information into clear reports, presentations and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions. * Take ownership of your work from start to finish, with the freedom to explore new ideas and make a measurable impact. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor's degree. * Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework or professional experience **preferred.** * Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn. * Familiarity working with data and Microsoft Excel.
