Process and verify orders received through the website, marketplaces, and other portals. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required timelines. Monitor order status and identify delays, discrepancies, cancellations, or operational issues. Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely updates across internal systems. Generate and verify invoices for orders and ensure accurate billing information. Maintain and update financial and transaction-related records in Zoho Books and Excel. Record sales transactions and ensure proper reconciliation of order and payment data. Track payments received through different sales channels and payment platforms. Maintain records of payment transfers and settlements received through platforms such as Snapmint, Shiprocket, and other relevant portals. Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution. Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation and operational records. Manage operational activities across different e-commerce, logistics, payment, and sales portals. Regularly monitor portals for new orders, payment updates, shipment status, cancellations, returns, and other operational activities. Ensure that information across different platforms is accurate, updated, and properly recorded. Coordinate with portal/platform support teams wherever required to resolve operational or transaction-related issues. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records across internal systems and sales channels. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the concerned teams regarding low-stock or unavailable products. Ensure inventory records are regularly updated and reconciled with actual stock. Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for stock allocation, movement, and order fulfilment. Identify inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving them. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickup, dispatch, and delivery of orders. Prepare and verify dispatch-related documentation. Track shipments and follow up on delayed, failed, or pending deliveries. Coordinate with logistics partners for issues related to shipments, returns, RTOs, and delivery discrepancies and maintain proper records of dispatches and shipment status. Follow up with external partners to ensure timely completion of pending operational activities. Assist in ensuring that products are checked for quality and order accuracy before dispatch. Monitor and manage client reviews received across relevant platforms. Maintain accurate operational data using Excel, Zoho Books, and internal tools. Regularly update order, payment, invoice, inventory, dispatch, vendor, and other operational records. Prepare and maintain operational reports as required. Cross-check data across different platforms to identify discrepancies. Ensure that all operational documentation is organised, updated, and easily accessible.
