Sales and targets 1\. Set and track monthly and intake-level targets for the counselling team. 2\. Monitor performance across evaluations booked, stage 1 and stage 2 conversions, admissions, and visas granted. 3\. Review counsellors individually, identify the cause of any shortfall, and act on it. 4\. Forecast intake outcomes and flag gaps to the founders early. 5\. Take accountability for how targets are met, not only whether they are met. B. Lead management. 1\. Assign enquiries across the team by capacity, profile fit and language, and enforce response times. 2\. Ensure every lead is recorded in the CRM with source, stage and next action. 3\. Track source performance and report on where marketing spend is converting. C. Quality and delivery 1\. Verify every student file before submission: document authenticity, grade consistency, and full disclosure of backlogs and gaps. 2\. Approve university shortlists and review SOPs before they reach the student. 3\. Own the intake calendar for winter and summer, covering APS, application, document, and visa deadlines. 4\. Escalate at-risk cases before deadlines are missed. D. Team and administration 1\. Run daily stand-ups and take structured weekly reporting from counsellors and process executives. 2\. Coach and develop the team through regular one-to-ones. 3\. Onboard new joiners and maintain CRM accuracy as the single source of truth. 4\. Manage attendance, leave approvals, rosters and shift coverage. E. Standards and reporting 1\. Act as first line of control on document authenticity, disclosure and data handling. 2\. Resolve student complaints and escalations. 3\. Fluency in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage. 6\. Experience in study abroad, visa processing, or international admissions is preferred. 7\. Familiarity with German admissions, including APS, uni-assist, and VPD, is an advantage. 8\. Overseas study or work experience is preferred. 9\.
