Operations Management – Senior Change Management Manager

In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Process transformations by evaluating and improving existing operational processes to align with industry best practices.  * Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information and ensure requirements are fully understood. * Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to address them * Introduce process improvements to optimize operational management. * Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize existing and future-state processes. * Create and assess business process models for new product launches and change projects.  * Partner with operations managers to define and document new process needs. * Coordinate with technology teams to convert operational needs into system enhancements. * Support project teams to ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks.  * Obtain approval from key operations leaders for proposed process improvements. * Liaise with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration on transformation projects. * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential risks or issues. * Act as the bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of business solutions _**Qualifications:**_ * 7+ years of experience in a Change Management / Business Analyst role, within the financial services industry. * Experience in leading medium to large-scale transformation projects, including re-platforming and process optimization is essential. * Strong knowledge of cash securities and Over the Counter Derivatives products, life cycle event, post trade controls * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus. * Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
