Job Summary ----------- Job Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Operations Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Production Manager**, **Operations Manager** role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence. **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels. * Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI. * Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. * Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence. * Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices. * Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. * Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews. *  Coach and mentor Operations team. *  Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes. * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related * Intermediate English * Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment. * Solid knowledge of SMT processes, backend and BOX. * Experience in Power BI and Minitab. * Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing. * Management of production plan and monitoring H by H. * Schedule availability. **What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:** * Competitive salary * Life and medical insurance * Christmas bonus * Food vouchers * Savings fund JM54 Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
