We’re looking for someone who is open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management roles within 1–3 years. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment. * Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed. * Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance. * Develop and execute safety goals and initiatives. * Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence. * Conduct performance reviews and manage team development. * Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company. * Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting. * Collaborate with union representatives and manage unionized employees. * This position is safety sensitive **What You’ll Bring** --------------------- * Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities. * Experience supervising unionized employees. * Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. * Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics. * Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days. * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems. **To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com .
