Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets * Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery * Monitor materials and report any irregularities or safety concerns * Support loading, hauling, and stockpile management as needed * Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture **What Are We Looking For** * Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively * Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial and outdoor environments * Capacity to perform physical tasks and work in varying conditions * Reliable team member with consistent attendance and communication * Commitment to following procedures and contributing to operational excellence **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
