We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.  **What You’ll Do** The **OPS Administrative Assistant** plays a key role in supporting the Student Affairs daily operations by providing administrative assistance that ensures timely communication, accurate record-keeping, and a positive experience for students and campus partners. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Ensuring courteous communication with students, parents, and campus partners. * Accurately completing clerical work. * Maintaining strict confidentiality. * Performing additional duties as needed to support daily operations. **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: * High school diploma or equivalent. * One (1) year of related experience. * Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately.
