**Join Our Team at Tallahassee State College** ============================================== **OPS Enrollment Specialist Opportunity** ----------------------------------------- Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a **part-time** opening for the position of **OPS Enrollment Specialist** in the Admissions and Records Office**.** We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.  **What You’ll Do** As **OPS Enrollment Specialist**, the day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Processing and scaning incoming admission documents as well as enrollment and registration documents. Posting received transcripts to students’ account and manages student holds. * Assisting with front desk coverage as needed. * Providing customer service, comprehensive support, and detailed information about the admission and registration processes through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, tickets, and email, and aids students in the admissions process. * Other duties as assigned. * 20 hours per week **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
