We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. **What You’ll Do** As **OPS Maintenance Technician**, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry and related components. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and components including building automation systems. * Operates and maintains vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts. * Maintains small equipment used in the maintenance area. **Work schedule: Up to 20 hours per week; hours may vary.** **Contact: Joseph Godfrey via email at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).** **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
