Ops Simulation Technician

**Join Our Team at Tallahassee State College** ============================================== **OPS Simulation Technician** ----------------------------- Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a **part-time** opening for the position of **OPS Simulation Technician** in our **Ghazvini Healthcare Center**. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. **What You’ll Do** As an **OPS Simulation Technician**, you’ll play a key role in implementing simulation training designed to enhance student learning and promote safety and quality in healthcare. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Assisting with setting up and cleaning up of simulation environment prior and after the simulation sessions.  * Assisting in programming simulators and running simulation equipment during simulations including computer hardware, props, EHR, human patient simulators and audio-visual systems. * Developing technical proficiency with all aspects of operation, maintenance support, trouble shooting and repair for all equipment. * Coordinating transport of simulation equipment, as necessary.  Conducting inventory of supplies. * Assisting with data entry for various record-keeping. Creating moulage and any other materials for the simulation sessions as outlined in the scenarios’ checklist, and other duties as assigned by the Director. **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
