Oracle CPQ – Oracle EBS R12 Integration Technical Developer1 Required Skills & Experience * 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) development, including BML scripting, commerce process configuration, and document engine customization * 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly Order Management (OM), Pricing, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and/or Accounts Receivable modules * Strong experience building integrations using SOAP/REST web services, XML/JSON, and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC, MuleSoft, or similar) * Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and EBS customization techniques (interfaces, extensions, personalizations) * Experience with EBS APIs and open interfaces (e.g., Order Import, Item Interface, Price List Interface) * Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash / order-to-cash business process * Familiarity with CPQ security models, user roles, and approval hierarchies * Experience with SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting complex data integration issues * Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS tools * Knowledge of Oracle CPQ REST APIs and BML advanced scripting * Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP integration patterns * Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology * Prior experience in a full lifecycle CPQ implementation (design through go-live) * Oracle certifications (EBS, CPQ, or OIC) a plus Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Soft Skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables * Collaborative team player comfortable working with cross-functional and possibly offshore/onshore teams
