Oracle Fusion SCM Lead1 * **6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience with deep functional expertise in **Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning and Cost Management**** * **Proven experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions within **Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics** environments** * **Strong understanding of **GxP requirements**, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance as they relate to SCM configurations** * **Experience leading end-to-end SCM workstreams — from fit-gap analysis and process design through UAT and go-live support** * **Ability to engage directly with client stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations** * **Familiarity with **lot/serial number traceability**, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices preferred**
