Oracle HCM ORC Techno-Functional Consultant2 * * 8+ years of ​hands on ​techno functional expertise in **​HCM ​Oracle Recruiting Cloud** with following ​f​functionalities: * Talent Acquisition * Sourcing and Engagement * Onboarding * Integration * ​Should have experience in developing / configuring ORC as per business requirements in following: * Implement SMS and WhatsApp in communications for the Booster module * Revise requisition templates * Revise Offer Letter generation * Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases * Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills. * Ready to work in ​3:30pm - 11:30pm IST shift
