Oracle Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant1 ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Implementation & Configuration:** Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy) for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service). * **Redwood Experience Design:** Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the modern Oracle Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Express Studio. * **Solution Architecture:** Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions spanning lead-to-opportunity management, service request management, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing. * **Integrations & Customizations:** Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs. * **Testing & Support:** Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address complex technical issues, and provide ongoing L2/L3 application maintenance and enhancement support. * **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional business leads, functional team members, and client architects to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
