Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – EBS & Fusion4 Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Gather and analyze **business requirements for supply chain processes**. * Implement and support **Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion**. * Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs. * Prepare **Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, MD050, MD070**. * Work with technical teams to develop **RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)**. * Support **data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud** where applicable. * Conduct **system testing, integration testing, and UAT support**. * Provide **production support and issue resolution** for SCM modules. * Work closely with cross-functional teams such as **Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics**. * Train end users and prepare **user manuals and process documentation**. Required Modules ---------------- ### Oracle EBS SCM Strong experience in some or most of the following: * Purchasing (PO) * Inventory (INV) * Order Management (OM) * iProcurement * Advanced Pricing * Shipping Execution * Bill of Materials (BOM) * Work in Process (WIP) * Cost Management ### Oracle Fusion SCM Experience in the following modules: * Fusion Procurement * Fusion Inventory Management * Fusion Order Management * Product Management * Supply Planning (optional) * Manufacturing (optional) * Cost Management Required Skills --------------- * Strong knowledge of **Supply Chain business processes**: * **Procure to Pay (P2P)** * **Order to Cash (O2C)** * **Inventory Management** * **Manufacturing processes** * Experience with **Oracle EBS R12 implementation/support projects**. * Hands-on experience in **Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support**. * Experience preparing **functional specifications for custom developments**. * Knowledge of **integration between SCM and Finance modules**. * Ability to support **system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting**. Preferred Skills ---------------- * Experience in **EBS to Fusion migration projects**. * Knowledge of **OTBI and BI Publisher reports**. * Experience with **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**. * Understanding of **warehouse and logistics operations**. Educational Qualification ------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT** * **MBA in Supply Chain / Operations** (preferred) Certifications (Good to Have) ----------------------------- * Oracle Fusion SCM Certification * Oracle EBS SCM Certification Soft Skills ----------- * Strong communication and stakeholder management * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in cross-functional teams * Documentation and presentation skills
