Oracle SCM Functional (Oracle Cloud SCM Expert)1 **Key Responsibilities** * **Solution Architecture & Design:** Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live. * **Experience:** 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect. * **Expertise:** Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations. * **Process Optimization:** Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements. * **Mentorship & Practice Growth:** Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency. **Desired Qualification** * **Education:** MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent). * **Certifications:** Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud). * **Leadership:** Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing global rollout projects across diverse geographical regions (USA, Europe, Asia), and delivering significant business process improvements.
